Established by college-educated Hugo Vold in 1966, Windy represents a design inspired by the dependable commercial fishing vessels of Vold’s father. Because Scandinavia dominated the European boat building industry in the 1960s, it was up to Vold to break through and create a stunningly unique yet wildly seaworthy vessel to truly stand out.
