For over 27 years Nautical Ventures has been one of the leading retailers of sailboats, kayaks, and other water sports related products and accessories. From our South Florida showroom we’ve been servicing residential and commercial customers in South Florida, throughout the US, virtually every island in the Caribbean, Central and South America. Some of our customers are as far away as Russia and Qatar. Our extensive customer list includes individuals, yacht clubs, corporations, rentals and just about every well known top hotel and resort that offers water sports as an amenity. In fact, last year Nautical Ventures was the top Hobie Cat dealer in the US.

What’s the “secret” to Nautical Venture’s success? Well, it’s a number of important things but here are a few key ones:

A lot of it has to do with our level of experience, for example. The key people at Nautical Ventures have been involved in this industry for over 40 years and this experience has served them well along the way. The vast experience with water sports products and accessories translates into knowing what products will be the best fit for the customer and environment. We know what works (and what doesn’t) in any given application.

Similarly, we’ve also developed excellent relationships with our “partners” (the manufacturers, the shippers, the technicians, etc) and that preferential treatment means we can do more for you, our customers.

Our philosophy and culture of dedication to customer satisfaction here at Nautical Ventures is something that also sets us apart. We go above and beyond to make sure our customers are happy. It’s not just recommending the right product; it’s also the little things. Like making sure your order is packed properly and gets shipped out on time. Or having your rudder repair done by the weekend so you can get back out on the water, or just returning your phone call to let you know that your special order sail is on the way as expected. We like it when our customers are surprised by that phone call two weeks later to see if that paddle you bought really was the best thing ever!

And, in all modesty, we’re professionals. We keep the promises we make and don’t make ones we can’t. We also understand that you, the consumers, have a choice and when you choose us it means we have an obligation to live up to your expectations…and that’s what we do. We aren’t perfect, but we try pretty darn hard.
