Please join us for weekend of fun and frivolity on the water with like-minded Axopar owners and their families. A good time will be had by all!

Dockage is very limited and spots are filling rapidly. They are assigned on a first come first serve basis.

LAST DAY TO REGISTER: APRIL 24TH, 2024. After this date, the registration will be closed.

PRE-RENDEZVOUS: April 23rd, 2023: Captains and friends Zoom Meeting: Safety, Route, VHF Channel, Activities, etc.

THURSDAY 25

Flotilla Departure + Arrival | 8:00 am

Meet us at Port Everglades for group departure; . If you prefer to travel at your own leisure, you can meet us on the dock at Resort World Bimini. Upon arrival to Resort World at Bimini, please check in at the Dockmaster's office

Arrival/Customs & Immigration | 10:00 am

Upon arrival check in with the dock master to get your slip assignment then only the captain can get off the vessel and head to the Sea Plane Base to complete Immigrations & Customs

Welcome Bash | 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Continue a weekend of good times with great company. Meet us at Monkey Business on the 5th Floor Pool Deck for a sunset dinner, drinks and music.

FRIDAY 26

Morning Coffee | 7:30 am - 9:30 am

Join us for fresh brewed coffee on the docks. The NV team will be available to answer any questions you may have about the day’s events.

AXOPAR Raft Up | 10:30 am Departure

Follow us to Honeymoon Harbour for a mid-day raft up. We will be serving hot dogs and hamburgers while Nautical Ventures Watersports will be onsite showcasing today’s best water toys. *On the return some vessels will choose to stop and anchor at the Sapona ship wreck, to do some snorkeling -

Conch Cracking Happy Hour | 5:30 pm

Let’s get crackin’! Join us on the docks for a Conch Cracking Demonstration and enjoy a tasting of the island’s freshest conch salad while you sip on your Bahama Mama.

Dinner | At Your Leisure

Experience a taste of the island at a variety of the on-resort restaurants and dining establishments. Dining options are available below.

SATURDAY 27

Day | At Your Leisure

Experience the island for all it’s worth. Jump on your golf cart or in your AXOPAR and check out all Bimini has to offer. Options are available below.

White Party | 6:00 pm

In culmination of an amazing weekend, we invite you to the Beach Club for an elevated evening of food, fun, and libations. Enjoy live entertainment & fun surprises.

Attire: All white, island-chic.

SUNDAY 28

Join us for fresh brewed coffee on the docks. The NV team will be available to answer any questions you may have about the day’s events.

Departure | 11:00 am

We can’t thank you enough for joining us for such a memorable weekend. You’re welcome to join us as we depart from Resort World Bimin.We thank you again, and safe travels home!

Trip Expenses

$1000 per boat – includes 2 people.
$375 each additional adult.
$150 each additional child under 12.

This will cover: Welcome Party, lunch at Honeymoon harbor, Axopar Owners Dinner, Pre-departure Breakfast, & NV Goodies, Technical support, watersports activities, games and more!

Marina Expenses (per boat)

Slip: $6.20 x ft.
Power: $30 x day
Water: $0.63 x metered

Bahamas Expenses

Entry fee for boats up to 34’: $150
Entry fee for boats more than 34’: $300

These fees will cover:

Crusing permits
Fishing permits
Departure tax for up to 3 persons.
Each additional person on board will be charged $25.00.
This fee is good for a second re-entry within 90 days.
This must be done on Click2Clear.
Must be completed prior to departure.
